Where do I find my videos?

All your purchases can be found by logging in and clicking on the Files tab in your profile.

What devices will it play on?

All videos are .MP4 and should play on any device. .MP4 however is not supported by earlier versions of Windows Media Player and only after version 12+ is it supported. If you are using Windows Media Player, I suggest either upgrading to the newest version or downloading another player. VLC has a great player for both Mac and PC, it can be downloaded here.

It stopped downloading midway, what do I do?

Try logging in to your account, click on your Files tab and try the download again. If it fails, try downloading with another browser. I suggest using Google Chrome. If all else fails, please do the follow run a trace route. To do that, follow the steps below:

Click on Start
Type cmd, click it (Command Prompt)
A black box with white letters will pop up
Type the following: tracert -h 30 thewildespot.com
Take a screenshot and/or send all the information it provided to my email [email protected]

Will my credit card continue to get charged?

No. Any purchases or tips made to this site are one time only charges.
